Beef Stock Cubes

Chilli Beef Loaded Fries

Ingredients

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
250g Beef Mince
1 Onion, Diced (125g)
1 Red Pepper, Diced
1 OXO Beef Stock Cube
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Chilli Powder
2 tsp Dried Oregano
3 tbsp Tomato Puree
100ml Boiling Water
600g French Fries or Oven Chips
Sea Salt
30g JalapeƱos
80g Grated Mature Cheddar
Sour Cream & Guacamole

Method

Step one

Brown mince for 5 minutes over a medium heat.

Step two

Add the onions and pepper and continue frying for 5 minutes.

Step three

Crumble in the OXO Beef Stock Cube, add the cumin, chilli powder and oregano.

Step four

Add tomato puree and water and gently simmer, stirring occasionally.

Step five

Keeping the chilli warm, cook the fries as per on pack instructions.

Step six

Place the fries into a large shallow dish.

Step seven

Sprinkle with sea salt, top with the chilli mix.

Step eight

Scatter with jalapeƱos and cheese.

Step nine

Pop under a hot grill to melt the cheese.

Step ten

Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
