Beef Stock Cubes

Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
500g Beef Mince
1 Onion, Diced (125g)
2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
2 Carrots (250g)
2 OXO Beef Stock Cubes
2 tbsp Tomato Puree
2 Tins Chopped Tomatoes
2 tsp Dried Italian Mixed Herbs
Salt & Pepper
300g Dried Spaghetti

Method

Step one

Brown mince for 5 minutes over a medium heat.

Step two

Add chopped onions, garlic and carrots and continue frying for 5 minutes.

Step three

Crumble in the OXO Beef Stock Cubes.

Step four

Add tomato puree, chopped tomatoes and mixed herbs.

Step five

Continue cooking for 15-20 minutes over a low heat.

Step six

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step seven

Serve over cooked spaghetti.
