Beef Stock Cubes

Rich Beef Dripping Gravy

15 Minutes cook time

Ingredients

2 tbsp Beef Dripping
2 tbsp Flour
500g OXO Signature Beef Stock
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper

Method

Step one

Heat the beef dripping in a saucepan over a medium heat.

Step two

Sprinkle in the flour and whisk until combined, continue to cook for several minutes.

Step three

Slowly adding the beef stock, continue to whisk until all the stock is used.

Step four

Gently simmer for several minutes, adding Worcestershire sauce and season accordingly.

Step five

Serve lashings of gravy with good quality bangers and mash.
