
Aromatic Asian Stock Pots
Vegetable Stir Fry Noodles

Ingredients
2 Nest Medium Egg Noodles
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Small Onion, Sliced
1 Red Pepper, Sliced
100g Mushrooms, Sliced
150g Beansprouts
2 Bok Choy, Chopped
1 tbsp Soy
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 OXO Aromatic Asian Stock Pot
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander, Chopped
Sesame Seeds
Method
Step one
Cook the noodles as per on pack instructions and set to one side.
Step two
On a high heat, add a little oil to a wok or large frying pan. Add the onions until just cooked through.
Step three
Reduce the heat slightly, add the pepper and mushrooms.
Step four
Add the noodles to the wok along with the beansprouts and bok choy.
Step five
Mix well combining the vegetables and noodles.
Step six
Pour in the soy, oyster sauce and pop out the OXO Aromatic Asian Stock Pot.
Step seven
Turn down the heat and mix well.
Step eight
Serve and garnish with fresh coriander and sesame seeds.
