Jamaican Jerk Pork Skewers

Ingredients
1 Jar OXO Jamaican Jerk Marinade
4 Fresh Pork Shoulder Steaks (600g), Chunky Diced
2 Red Pepper, Chunky Diced
1 Red Onion, Chunky Diced
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
4 Spring Onion, Thinly Sliced
Method
Step one
If your using wooden skewers, be sure to soak for at least an hour before using them.
Step two
Preheat your grill to medium-high.
Step three
In a bowl, combine the diced pork with OXO Jamaican Jerk Marinade and marinate 10 minutes at room temperature.
Step four
Build your skewers with the pork, peppers and onion.
Step five
Place on a lightly oiled baking tray.
Step six
Grill the skewers for 12-15 minutes turning occasionally.
Step seven
Finish with spring onion and serve with mixed salad.
