Honey Glazed Roast Pork Belly

Ingredients

1 Jar OXO Honey Glazed Marinade
800g Approx. Pork Belly
2 tbsp Sea Salt

Method

Step one

Preheat the oven to 160°C fan.

Step two

With a sharp knife, carefully remove the rind.

Step three

Place the rind on a baking tray, pat dry with kitchen roll and sprinkle with sea salt, rub well and place in the oven.

Step four

In a baking tray, cover the pork belly with OXO Honey Glazed Marinade and mix well.

Step five

Cover the tray lightly with foil and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.

Step six

Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 80 minutes.

Step seven

Remove foil and baste well.

Step eight

Place back in the oven and baste several times for the remaining 30 minutes.

Step nine

Remove from the oven and allow to rest.

Step ten

If your crackling is not crispy, turn up the oven and continue to cook while the pork is resting.

Step eleven

Slice the pork and serve with corn on the cob and salad.
