Chinese 5 Spice Pork Steaks & Asian Slaw

Ingredients
1 Jar OXO Chinese 5 Spice Marinade
4 Fresh Pork Shoulder Steaks (600g)
2 Carrots, Peeled & Grated
¼ White Cabbage, Shredded
¼ Red Cabbage, Shredded
1 Red Onion, Sliced
1 Red Pepper, Sliced
1 Lime, Zest & Juiced
1 Red Chilli, Chopped
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Method
Step one
Preheat the oven to 200°C fan.
Step two
In a bowl, combine the pork steaks with OXO Chinese 5 Spice Marinade and marinate 10 minutes at room temperature.
Step three
Place on a lightly oiled baking dish.
Step four
Cook for 20-25 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven.
Step five
While the pork steaks are cooking, mix the remaining ingredients for the slaw in a large bowl and combine.
Step six
Serve the pork steaks with the slaw.
