Original Beef Stock Pots

Beef Ramen

Ingredients

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
5cm Piece Fresh Ginger, Grated
3 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
500g Beef Rump, Thinly Sliced
125g Shitake Mushroom, Sliced
½ Bunch Spring Onion, Sliced
2 OXO Original Beef Stock Pot
2 tbsp Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
250g Pak Choi, Sliced
100g Beansprouts
4 Nests dried Medium Egg Noodles
4 Free Range Eggs, Medium Boiled
Fresh Coriander

Method

Step one

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat and fry ginger and garlic for 2 minutes.

Step two

Add the beef and sear, add mushrooms and spring onion and fry for 2 minutes, pour in the OXO Original Beef Stock (made up as per instructions).

Step three

Add the soy, pak choi and beansprouts, simmer for 2 minutes.

Step four

Cook the noodles as per on pack instructions and divide between 4 bowls.

Step five

Pour over the ramen and finish with halved boiled egg and coriander
