It all began in 1840, when German chemist Baron Justus von Liebig developed meat extract — a breakthrough that paved the way for OXO’s creation. By 1910, the rich beef flavour was cleverly packed into the now-iconic cube, bringing convenience and taste to households across the UK.
Since then, OXO has continued to evolve, delighting families with flavourful new additions to the kitchen.
