Smokey BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients
1 Jar OXO Smokey BBQ Marinade
800g Approx. Pork Shoulder, Trimmed
Method
Step one
Add the pork shoulder to a slow cooker and pour over the marinade.
Step two
Cover and cook for 5 hours on high or 10 hours on low. (Keep covered during cooking, instructions based on the use of a 3.5L slow cooker, other slow cookers may vary).
Step three
Once cooked, shred the pork using 2 forks and stand for 5 minutes.
Step four
Serve in a toasted burger bun with some coleslaw, in a wrap or as a topping for nachos.
