Vegetable Stir Fry

Vegetable stir fry
Serves:

Ingredients

  • A tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 600g mixed stir-fry vegetables
  • 2 OXO Vegetable cubes

Method

  1. Pour the oil into a hot wok or frying pan and then add the vegetables.
  2. Sprinkle 2 Oxo Vegetable cubes over the mixture and stir-fry for about 5 mins until vegetables are just tender.

Hints and tips:

  • Serve with some noodles and a dash of soy sauce.
  • Garnish your stir-fry with finely chopped spring onions.
