Rosemary & Red Wine Gravy

What you need

Here are the essentials

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 tsp Bisto Favourite Gravy Granules
  • 4 shallots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Rosemary & Red Wine Herbs & More
  • 280ml boiling water

How to make it

Here's what you need to do

  1. Heat the oil in a large, heavy-based non-stick frying pan
  2. Add the shallots and cook for 2-3 mins until they start to brown a little
  3. Dissolve the gravy with the boiling water and add to the pan
  4. Add the Herbs & More, gently simmer for 1-2 min, stirring continuously until dissolved
  5. If desired, add extra water to make the gravy thinner
