Simple Lamb Stew

What you need

Here are the essentials

  • 500g lamb rump or leg, diced
  • 2 Lamb Cubes
  • 100g onion, peeled and diced
  • 100g carrots, peeled and diced
  • 100g celery, diced
  • 500ml boiling water
  • 20ml vegetable oil
  • 20g thickening gravy granules

How to make it

Here's what you need to do

  1. Add the vegetable oil and lamb to a non-stick pan, fry for 5 mins
  2. Add the onion, carrots and celery, fry for 2 mins
  3. Dissolve the Lamb Cubes in boiling water and add to the pan, stir well
  4. Cover the pan with a lid, gently simmer for 20 mins
  5. Add the gravy granules to thicken, cook for a further minute then serve
