Italian Ribeye Steak

What you need

Here are the essentials

  • 2 x 6oz/150g ribeye steak or rump
  • 1 Beef Cube, crumbled
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary
  • ½ tsp dried chilli
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed

How to make it

Here's what you need to do

  1. Add all the ingredients (except the steaks) in a bowl, mix well
  2. Coat the steaks in the mixture, leave to marinate for 1 hour, if possible
  3. Heat a large frying pan and fry the steaks for 2 mins each side (or until cooked to your liking), then serve
