Easy Beef Meatballs (NEW)

Ingredients

  • 500g Mince Beef
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (Finely chopped)
  • 50g Onion (very finely diced)
  • 1tsp Dried Chilli Flakes
  • 20g OXO Squeezy Beef Stock
  • 1 Medium Egg
  • 30g Bread Crumbs
  • Plain Flour

Method

  1. Add all the ingrdients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide into small walnut sized balls and dust with a little flour.
  3. Shallow fry in a little vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes over a medium to high heat, moving constantly until they are browned all over. Set aside to cool.
  4. Place in a deep sided baking tray or dish. Add a little beef stock, or a premade tomato sauce, cover and place into an preheated 180C oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes until the meatballs ore thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout

Serving Suggestion

Serve with pasta, or with mashed potatoes and some steamed green vegetables.
