Roast Garlic Carbonara

What you need

Here are the essentials

  • 500g fresh linguine
  • 120g diced pancetta or smoked streaky bacon
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 Roast Garlic & Parsley Herbs & More
  • 50g grated Parmesan

How to make it

Here's what you need to do

  1. Cook the linguine according to the instructions on the packet
  2. Add the olive oil and pancetta to a non-stick pan, fry until golden
  3. Add the Herbs & More to the pan, stir until dissolved and remove from heat
  4. Add the egg yolks, Parmesan and a little water to a small bowl, whisk together
  5. Drain the linguine when it’s cooked
  6. Add the linguine, pancetta and egg mixture to a large bowl
  7. Stir until the linguine is coated, the heat from the pasta will gently cook the sauce
