Rosemary & Red Wine Bolognese

What you need

Here are the essentials

  • 400g lean mince beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, roughly diced
  • 100g carrot, finely diced
  • 70g tomato puree
  • 400g chopped tomatoes
  • 100ml water
  • 1 Rosemary & Red Wine Herbs & More

How to make it

Here's what you need to do

  1. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan
  2. Brown the mince then add the carrots and onions, fry for 2 mins
  3. Add the tomato puree, stir well
  4. Add the tomatoes and water
  5. Cover and gently simmer for 30-40 mins, stirring occasionally
  6. Add the Herbs & More, stir until dissolved then serve
